TLSF – Protype Audio Samples

Some samples using my Jazz Style active bass, everything on the pedal is set to ‘default’ as I would put it (which isn’t the same as everything at noon). I stomp midway through the sample to swap modes, these are the same samples I use in my normal reviews.

  4. That is so weird; one mode sounds totally awesome and the other doesn’t. Can you tell us which mode is which on the samples?

  5. I’ll cover details like that as we move forward ;)

    The Hook side is a filtered version of the Saw Side, so they are codependent. It is possible to roll of the filter on the Hook side and use it basically as two channel Saw fuzz and set each one at different volumes.

  6. I acree with Matt Davies; it seemed like the second half of each clip sounded a lot girthier and thicker. Not that the first parts sounded bad, just not as usable for most situations. That second mode, though… wow. I wish I could swing the $300 for one of these monsters.

  8. Hmm if you ever make a “TLSF Jr.” with just the “Saw” side I would be a lot more interested. Still a very cool pedal though.
