Construction and cosmetic concerns:
Enclosure appears to be powder-coated and then attacked with paint or a paint-pen. The effect is attractive and a little whimsical. The power and in/out jacks are all located on the top of the pedal, which I prefer. Inside it kind of looks like the room of a 14-year-old boy. Things are strewn about with no apparent concern for where they landed, the circuit itself is wrapped in tape and free floating in the box. There is liberal use of foam to keep everything wedged in place and it actually passes the shake test with high marks (no sound at all). High quality jacks and switches are used, and the pedal is true bypass. Filter pedals that have an output volume designed into them are preferred in most cases and this design includes one marked: “level”.
sing it, brother! fun filter review… thanks for your work…
