Dirt Review: Tone Factor Cream Pie Deluxe
Initial thoughts:
This is a “hype” pedal that has avoided my presence over it’s run, and despite the fact that the spotlight that has continued to shine on it after it was discontinued, I never had much lust for one. Fate raised her mighty hand recently and one fell into my hands for an excellent price. Not knowing the design point, or having any documentation, I’ll hazard a guess that it was not intended for bass use per say. The pedal would best be described as a dirty boost rather than a full on overdrive/distortion.
great review, one thing i think needs to be highlighted is how well it stacks with other pedals and pushes them i to further fuzz/distortion.
also what amp are you using?
