Construction and cosmetic concerns:
This pedal is clean and efficiently laid out both inside and out. Internally it has the refined look of a category I like to call ‘advanced boutique’, where production standards and methods have advanced beyond basic small-time operations. The box is well painted and silkscreened. The location of the power and jacks are in my preferred location. I was able to kill a battery in just a couple of days of fooling around sporadically. If you are the type to use them, keep a screwdriver handy to handle the four screw method that you be employing on a regular basis.
Having owned one of these for a while i’d call this an incredibly accurate review, it sounds great and does a great job for the price and it’s very active friendly, it’s only downer is you need to be quite the knob twiddler to regain a setting, but brian from subdecay put a hell of effort into cramming it with good features and ultimately i think it paid off
